RIP Lt

Lt. Col. Brandon Shah, chair of Old Dominion University's military science department, was killed in a shooting on campus. The gunman, Mohamed Bailor Jalloh, a convicted ISIS supporter, shouted 'Allahu Akbar' before opening fire and was subdued and killed by ROTC students. Two others were wounded in the attack investigated as terrorism.
