Amazon agreed to acquire satellite operator Globalstar for $11.57 billion at $90 per share to expand its Project Kuiper low-Earth orbit constellation and challenge SpaceX's Starlink. The deal also supports Apple's iPhone satellite services through Amazon's Leo network.
