Declan J. Coady

Iowa soldier Declan J. Coady was identified among four U.S. service members from an Iowa-based Army Reserve unit killed in a drone attack in Kuwait during Iran conflict operations. Leaders expressed condolences as support pours in for his family. He is part of the first casualties named by the Pentagon in the war.
