Turkish state officials, led by TBMM Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş and Education Minister Yusuf Tekin with children from across 81 provinces, visited Anıtkabir to commemorate the 106th anniversary of National Sovereignty Day on April 23. Ceremonies featured messages on child protection and national education. President Erdoğan did not attend the event.
