A Turkish oil tanker carrying 140,000 tons of petroleum was struck by a drone 26 kilometers from the Istanbul Strait entrance in the Black Sea. The ship, Altura, with 27 Turkish crew members aboard, sustained damage and began taking on water but all personnel are reported safe. The incident occurred near the Bosporus as the vessel approached.
