Prosecutors in the Aleyna Çakır death case seek 15 years imprisonment for Ümitcan Uygun, facing charges of torment and related offenses. During the hearing, Uygun defiantly remarked that if slapping constitutes torment, he should be hanged in Kızılay. The Ankara court postponed the trial following the prosecutor's opinion.
